Dear Parishioners,
I am happy to present you with this year’s Parish Annual Report titled “thanksGIVING for God’s Blessings.” I am so thankful for the blessings that the Lord has bestowed upon this faith community, and you will see many of those blessings in this publication.
With gratitude to our volunteers, be sure to take a look at the many ways our parishioners are dedicating their time and talents to strengthening our faith community, like our homebound ministry; ministry to the poor; and grief share and Catholics in recovery that provides comfort and spiritual healing in the difficult times of life. This report also includes a complete ministry listing so that you can join the efforts of the parish to serve those in most need of God’s mercy!
With gratitude to our parish staff, take notice of the work they have been doing to light a fire for Christ in the hearts and minds of our parishioners. You may have heard that a National Eucharistic Revival is underway, which means our staff members are part of a grassroots effort to share the gift of the Eucharist. They are helping to build the foundation for the future of our Church!
With gratitude to each of you who attends Mass, offers prayers, participates in events, and donates to the parish, take a look at the many ways you impact the culture and vitality of our parish. When you attend Mass, I hope you notice the recent work to our organ, altar steps, parking lots, and three church doors. In addition to all the work, we were able to add $225,000 to our Catholic Institute savings reserve.
Living a life rooted in gratitude requires us to express our thanks. And so I ask you, with prayerful consideration to your current situation, to make a year-end gift to our parish to show your gratitude for the good work being done here. Or if you are able, perhaps you will increase your weekly or monthly offertory as a part of our annual “Take the Next Step” program as a show of thanks for the blessings God has bestowed upon you.!
Yours in Christ,
Father John
